Spring Skincare Product Refresh

It’s that time of year, Friends! The warm weather is slowly making an appearance, and I am ready for a Spring refresh. Spring brings on this urge to declutter and refresh my space, create new habits, and also update old routines, which include skincare.

So, I took a trip to Sephora and looked through just about every skincare brand they have on the shelf. I downloaded the Little Bean app (an app that scans product labels, reviews ingredients, and flags those that maybe harmful while pregnant) and got to scanning.

I came across a skincare brand called Farmacy and was pleasantly surprised to see that most of the products I scanned had clean ingredients that were not harmful to use while pregnant. So, I decided to grab “Farmacy Favorites” so I could test out their best-selling products! I also grabbed a Milk Primer/SPF from the brand Beekman 1802 that scanned as clean.

All products used will be reviewed and tagged below!

Products Used:

Farmacy Whipped Greens

This product smells amazing! The papaya scent gives Spring vibes. I like that a little goes a long way and my skin felt super clean yet hydrated after using it.

Farmacy Honey Milk

This was, hands down, my favorite product of all, it felt like a glass of water for the skin. Super hydrating and refreshing

Beekman Milk Primer

I really like that this prodcuct did not leave a white cast like most SPF products. The fact that it is a primer sold me on this product. I am not sure if I would wear it alone though, I feel like I need a higher amount of SPF for longer day outside.

Farmacy Favorites

Although I did not try the Green Clean Makeup Meltaway today, I did try the other three products and I have to say that I understand why they are favorites.

Honey Halo: I love how thick and creamy this product is! It went on super smooth and moisturized without that sticky skin feeling. I’d more so use this at night to lock moisture overnight.

Wake Up Honey Eye Cream: This product is SUPER thick and moisturizing! I would recommend this as a night eye cream so it can sit and soak into the under-eye area.

Lip Smoothie: This reminds me of the Laniege Lip Mask, which I love! It is super moisturizing and goes on super smooth, which is perfect for overnight use or when your lips are more chapped.
